Exercise Classes for women and mums with Crèche

I have joined forces with Hayley Lundy, mum of 2 and graduate personal trainer from Heswall. Hayley’s classes are fab and we can guarantee some excellent results, both fitness and inch loss. The details of our class and crèche are as follows:

From Friday 18th January, Irby Village Hall.

• 9.45 am Bootcamp

£7 for class and creche  and £5 just for the class.

Crèche places must be booked in advance.
